Description

The Information Services Group (ISG) is responsible for providing authoritative sources of reference data to our clients across the Institutional Client Services (ICG) organization, through implementing state of the art technologies and operational processes which promote the collection, storage, analysis, and distribution of product, pricing, account and corporate action data.

Client Onboarding is everything that needs to occur to transform a new business opportunity from a sales prospect to a revenue generating state.

ECN is part of the Client Onboarding flow and it stands for Electronic Communications Networks i.e. 3rd party trading platforms such as Bloomberg, Tradeweb and Market Axess.

Newly created team will be responsible for maintenance on US markets and providing service to US business. Key responsibilities :

  • Identifying opportunities for improvements to quality of data and client service levels
  • Understand global procedures to support other markets during off hours.
  • Working on changes that will increase process efficiency, proposing new and implementation of new practices
  • Identify, research, validate, setup & maintain data for internal and vendor applications
  • Partner with various businesses to resolve issues
  • Participating in creation and updating of manuals, operational procedures, process maps for the Department
  • Working with US business
  • Requirements :

  • Good knowledge of English and high standard of written and oral communication skills
  • Availability for afternoon shifts (working with US business)
  • Comfortable working independently in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Strong teamwork skills in a small local setting, as well as across different geographic locations
  • Ability to be assertive
  • Self-reliance in solving problems
  • Effectiveness, strong engagement in work
  • Experience of working with globally dispersed teams to deliver overall department objectives
  • Demonstrate the ability to organise people, systems and workflow, working to drive efficiencies and process improvements
