Junior HRConnect Consultant French / German / Italian / Russian / Spanish

Location : Krakow

JuniorHRConnect Consultant is responsible for supporting AbbVie employees andmanagers in processing and answering routine HR queries.

This role opens tickets / cases and answers HRcustomer questions through the assistance of standard screens, scripts, anddeveloped procedures for inquiry resolution.

Responsibilities :

  • Answersgeneral questions via phone, chat or email and redirects misplaced enquiries
  • Leveragesprocedures, policy manuals, knowledge databases, other reference materials to answeremployee and manager inquiries and resolve HR transactions
  • GuidesEmployee to case resolution
  • GuidesEmployee and Manager Self-Service transactions
  • Executesselect HR related transactions (e.g., data changes) or appropriately escalatesissues as needed
  • Inputsdata into Workday to transact on customer requests
  • EscalatesEmployee and Manager inquiries to
  • FunctionalSpecialists when specific, in-depth functional knowledge is required
  • Documentsall employee inquiries, issues, and transactions in case management tools as required
  • Participatesin continuous improvement workshops and projects as required
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelordegree with a concentration in HR preferred
  • 1-3years of customer service / call center experience required
  • Strongwritten and oral communication skills, in English (min. C1 level)
  • Very good knowledge of French / German / Italian / Russian / Spanish German (min. C1 level) required
  • Strongcustomer service and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarwith HR service and processes as well as HRIS tools and systems
  • Ableto navigate computerized data entry systems and other relevant applications
  • Ableto follow standard procedures and processes
  • Abilityto handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Job Level Code
