Job Description :

As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist within the Human Resources department of FedEx Express you will provide specialist advice to our employees, management and internal and external staheholders in the field of total reward.

You will contribute to the overall development of our Compensation & Benefit strategy, policies and procedures, supporting our business strategy and our Employee Value Proposition for our team members across Europe.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Development and design of compensation and benefit packages, policies and procedures aligned with the strategy of FedEx Express in Europe
  • Conducting Pay Reviews in various countries in Europe based on market and benchmark research and in alignment with the labour market and legal requirements
  • Support local HR teams and the managers in understanding and applying our tools and practices used in our organization
  • Participate in our annual compensation cycles
  • Reviewing compensation and benefit plans that we offer to our team members across Europe to support our aim to be market
  • The ideal candidate will have :

  • Degree in Business / Economics, or relevant experience in Human Resource Management or other related fields
  • Practical experience in the field of compensations and benefits in multi-national organisation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Good analytical skills and experience with quantitative data collection and comparison
  • Experience with using data from benchmark providers Mercer, KornFerry, etc.
  • Experience with reward market practices in various European countries and regions (e.g., East Europe and Southern Europe)
  • Knowledge about different options of compensation and ways to motivate people
  • Broad knowledge and experience in employee / labour relations.
  • Solid experience in reward and benefit practices, preferably within a large fast-paced organization.
  • Good judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise a busy workload.
  • Fluent in English, and other languages would also be advantageous
