Co-creation and updating of tools and solutions in the field of human resource management including pay-bands , balanced score cards and KPI programs
Coordination of development and training programs in the company, including running AC / DC sessions
Coordinating the processes of development talks and proposing activities aimed at increasing the effectiveness of teams
Managing recruitment processes for all positions including specialist and managerial positions
Coordinating the program of introducing new employees to the organization
Support for employees in personnel matters
Managing employee personnel files including holiday & medical leave, and together with Operational Director, overtime programs health and safety programs
Togther with operational director, negociation with unions and their representatives
Experience in HR, partially in a Leadership role
Experience in managing and implementing HR processes
Knowledge of HR process and tools
Sufficient knowledge of Polish labor law
Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently and have confidentiality in this field
Problem solving and decision-making skills
Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Hands-on, operational approach with the willingness to get involved in a wide range of business activities
Good knowledge of English will be an asset
