Job tasks :
Providing professional services to the company's customers
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with the company's customers
Operation of customer service messengers
Ongoing technical assistance related to
Providing professional customer service
Referring problems to second line support (when solving the problem yourself is not possible)
Preparation of business memos
Requirements for candidates :
English - minimum level b2
Slovenian - minimum level b2
important : our client requires knowledge of both foreign languages, but the knowledge of each of them must allow for free communication in these languages
ability to communicate with others
technical knowledge connected with basic IT issues
availability to work 5 times a week (8-hour shifts)
