The Consultant will become a collaborative partner with the customer, sales & marketing, implementation teams and other D&B experts, designing solutions tailored to meet the business goals of our strategic customers1) Pipeline & Revenue Generation : Support solution sales within our customer base to meet revenue targets.
This includes supporting planning with sales teams, identifying and developing new business opportunities together with sales, and supporting onboarding of innovative analytic solutions.
Also, responsible for development of presentations, proposals, and statements of work, in support of analytic consulting engagements.
Achieving strong relationships with customers, sales leaders, account teams and other D&B experts. Leverage & grow skills and industry experience to develop and implement account strategies to drive long term sustainable revenue growth, while building a trusted relationship with all clients (senior).
2) Create Value Propositions : Create internal & customer facing value props and use cases around how our solutions will support our customers.
Demonstrate tangible ROI to existing and potential clients. Perform industry & customer research to create use cases to vet and design new sales opportunities.
Support GTM initiatives in content related workstreams.3) Contribute to Customer and Internal Webinars to support new releases, ideation, and enhancements.
Collaborate with marketing and strategy to drive product development based on customer needs and provide thought leadership (senior).
4) Coach & Share expertise & experience with team members, D&B (pre-) sales & services colleagues, and others (senior).(5) Added Solutions (VAPS) and specialist / complex solutions to support customers in the use and update of implemented systems
