To strengthen our organization, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of IS Manager Factory / Site.
Proactively collaborate with the local Business Unit IS Management, internal and 3rd Party IS Suppliers.
Responsible for delivery of IS Solution / service / support within PG Group supporting execution of requirements within budgeted costs and time schedule towards in scope Sites.
Ensure effective interfaces between local / corporate IS teams for all IS activities.
In concert with Business Unit IS Management, Domain leads, Architects and other relevant PG IS parties, closely collaborates with Business or Function Process Owners to map (consolidated) Distinct business process demand to existing or new IS solutions.
Develop, implement, maintain and execute IS internal standards. Supports the global IS functions in the implementation of the PG IS operating model.
Increase satisfaction with IS services by assessing expectations, making sure actions are taken to close any gaps, and influencing stakeholders perceptions of IS service.
Local coordination of major security incidents and support information security mitigation programs.
Execute, for assigned tasks, all actions in IS processes according to agreed RACIs and LEC specification.
Contribute to the development of the PG IS Strategy, PG IS Target Operating Model and IS Enterprise Architecture.
Ensure (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Engineering or IT.
Several years of experience in an Engagement Manager role.
Strong business process know-how and analysis skills, including running focus groups, developing specifications and analyzing requirements.
Self-initiative, solution-oriented way of working, customer- oriented mindset.
Methodical competence and experience in implementing business requirements to IT systems.
Independent and quality oriented as well as able to convince and inspire stakeholders.
Very good English and Polish skills both written and spoken.
