Position Responsibilities Requirements :

  • Identify the Regulation requirements per Country meaning reg., legal, tax and compliance using all kind of channels e.
  • g. newsletters of central banks, cooperation with RegTechs etc., as horizon scanning kind of regulation radar

  • Setting up a process per Country for existing FIS European countries and per priority of go-to-market strategy of European Banking Strategy for new European countries
  • Review input / discovery of all identified / defined channels of the process and keep a list of items per country up-to-
  • date describing the impact for the banking products of FIS Europe

  • Create a Roadmap of Country specific reg. Topics with timeline including impact of the FIS banking products and hand over to the delivery organization (D&O) considering all the existing and upcoming new Banking products per country
  • Prepare a rough / quick overview per topic as high level requirement description and setup governance structure that the regulatory requirements are provided by the D&O org.

    Skills needed :

  • Functional or IT Business Analyst for regulation and legal requirements of banking for European and country specific laws, e.
  • g. Poland, CZ, SVK, France or Spain

  • Background of IT compliance and / or IT legal for European and country specific laws, e.g. Poland, CZ, SVK, France or Spain
  • combination of IT, banking, compliance and legal knowledge to understand implications of regulation and legislation of country specific authorities like the central bank of European countries or banking authorities countryspecific
  • Understanding Software Life Cycle Process for modern processes and classical methods with design, implement, test and rollout
  • Background of IT systems, IT architecture and / or IT processes
  • English fluent other languages highly appreciated on top, international environment
  • Team-player, strong communication, self starter, fast learner, eager in new European regulation / compliance and sharing knowledge, strong driver of activities and working in an international network of experts plus attitude of innovation and entrepreneurial spirit
