You are responsible for :
Implementation Patient Administration and related back office functionalities of the EMR information solution in relevant clinical setting;
Mapping the customer’s workflows to existing workflows in the solution and identifying gaps for development or configuration;
Configure the software to align with the customer’s workflows;
Developing a close relationship with the customer’s key-users and act as their contact on implementation related needs;
Explaining the key concepts of an EMR and Philips’ solution to the customer;
Acting as the bridge between the customer and the global development team;
Communicating with colleagues to align workflows;
Creating reports for analysis of product failure trends and serviceability issues;
Documenting progress and effort on tasks, following the established methodology;
Escalating lack of progress, obstacles and successes to leadership;
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience :
5 years of related experience in a clinical and / or technological role in a hospital;
You should enjoy working with software to improve the workflows of clinicians in the hospital with a hands-on approach;
Experience in local hospital management (preferably directly), both on clinical workflows and / or non-clinical workflows would be beneficial;
Structured and logical thinking;
Willing to travel extensively;
Excellent communication skills in English and Polish;
