The Customer Services Team provides one-to-one support to Groupon individual clients. Without our Individual Clients Groupon could not exist, and it is crucial that we ensure their experience is best in class.
Individuals that match well to the Customer Services team have high degrees of empathy, patience, resourcefulness, and are business savvy.
Respond to all Customer emails, chats and phone calls; ranging from the simple to the complex & nuanced;
Resolve Customer issues in a timely, accurate and consistent manner;
Manage time and productivity to meet daily individual and team ticket targets;
Understand intimately multiple Groupon tools and processes;
Act as a liaison with other departments (Sales, Merchant Services, Editorial & Finance) to address any cross departmental issues impacting the merchant.
Desirable Skills :
Strong language skills (French level minimum B2);
English language minimum B1;
Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail;
Strong communication skills;
IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office;
