The Regulatory Strategy & Business Change department within Chief Compliance & Regulatory Affairs is currently looking to hire a Financial Controller.

Your main responsibilities will include :
Supporting global regulatory programs from initiation to implementation.
Administrating the program financials.
Engaging and supporting relevant stakeholders.
Overseeing the program financials and supporting the programs to perform through a clear focus on leading business financials and allocations and drive related processes in close collaboration with stakeholders within business and IT.
Running and challenging the program financials (budget, actuals & forecast), including the receipt, invoice processing and month-end closure.
Supporting the sourcing process and maintaining the inventory of all contracts with external parties.
Coordinating and owning production of Program Financials.
Ensuring program and project financial planning and reporting meets prescribed format, and such reporting is produced in an accurate and timely manner.
Open to discussing flexible / agile working.
You have between 2 and 3 years of working experience (financial management / controlling background would be an asset).
You have an excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
You have the ability to use quantitative and analytical skills to break down complex problems and frame them into simple terms.
You have very good communication skills.
You have excellent organizational and coordination skills.
You are flexible, eager to learn and open for new challenges.
You hold a University degree or equivalent education.
You are fluent in spoken and written English.
Your familiarity with PMO processes is beneficial.
