related services and support as part of the Business Management team for Corporate Centre Risk Control (CCRC) and the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) :
Your responsibilities will include
support financial processes, such as the yearly planning and monthly forecasting process
create reports and provide analysis for management information
support the delivery of our workforce strategy and support the responsible officer with sourcing demand requests
support the Chief of Staff and Head of Chief Information Security Office in preparing and documenting meetings
assist with contract management, invoice handling and accrual preparation
support and maintain monthly program management reporting
provide local logistical support for CISO Management at the BSC Krakow
You’ll be working as part of the Business Management team for Corporate Centre Risk Control and the Chief Information Security Office (CISO), with the aim to take on responsibilities for CISO Business Management.
CISO is part of the Compliance & Operational Risk Control function. We coordinate the firm's ongoing and comprehensive efforts in data protection and cyber defense.
This touches all of the firm's operations and infrastructure, as well as practices and policies, and requires close work with business management, operations and functional specialists across the firm.
The role is located in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park).
Your experience and skills
You have : a university degree
a university degree
experience with handling management information and metrics (design, collection, analysis)
advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
analytical skills with an affinity to financial topics
very good verbal and written communication and the ability to interact comfortably with individuals at all levels
You are : great with numbers
great with numbers
an excellent communicator, with persuasive presentation skills
incredibly organized, with an innate sense of how to prioritize (you make lists and get things checked off) and ensure timely delivery on important tasks
fluent in English, spoken and written
