Join our international team in Telekom IT responsible for innovative IT projects within the areas of HR, Multicustomer and Internal Control Systems.

As Senior IT - HR Systems Business Partner you are a trusted partner of the Telekom business units regarding HR IT fully responsible for one of our customer clusters.
In detail you take responsibility for the following tasks :
Be the single partner from IT for one of our customer clusters (e.g. Talent, Analytics, HCM Core, Digitization)
Strategic and operational consulting of HR departments regarding the design and optimization of HR processes based on HR IT with clear focus on the end user.
Have a clear focus on an excellent digital HR end-user experience while ensuring an efficient IT delivery in parallel.
Guide, connect, prioritize and operationalize of all existing IT-demands jointly with the customer. This means a permanent management of the demand funnel ensuring the operational delivery in near future as well as the strategic long term positioning.
Responsibility for demand classification, appropriate delivery setup and final delivery (large or strategic demands via dedicated projects / steercos;
small demands via lean demand process in your responsibility).
Forecast the demands and connect to the appropriate delivery chains in order to ensure appropriate staffing / sourcing.
Act as contact person for different stakeholders, project managers as well as experts on customer and IT side in an international environment with diverging level of maturity and organizational settings up Top Management
You hold a university master’s degree or comparable job experience, ideally in economics, computer science or business engineering and have several years of experience in the HR IT environment.
Extensive experience in customer relationship management.
Extraordinary communication and relationship building skills, persuasive power and excellent presentation skills up to Management Groups.
Very good knowledge of HR processes, products, priorities and trends.
Conduct cost and effort estimations and manage offerings and contracts to internal customers.
Self responsibility for the fulfillment of customer demands in time, quality and budget
Ability to manage escalations professionally.
Fluent written and spoken English
Intercultural experience with the ability to drive cross-functional, international work teams toward task completion
High willingness to travel (internationally) on a frequent basis, i.e. on average three days bi-weekly.
