Manage pan-European team of Product Sales experts
Assists with the development of a sales pipeline in coordination with product development and commercial management teams
Supports and manages issuing processing RFIs and RFPs by creating comprehensive responses docu-ments and presentations including business and technical aspects
Consults customers and internal stakeholders with regard to overall solution design and approach
Analyzes customer’s existing business through product benchmarking and competitive analysis
Supports the execution and management of the customer contract agreement process
Supports existing business development relationships (financial institutions and industry bodies)
Builds customized solutions that drive value creation for the customer and MPTS
Provides technical support in selling innovations and technology to customers Reports trends, competitor intelligence and developments to stakeholders
Analyzes business opportunities to identify new clients and product ideas All about You :
Min. 5 years experience in expert sales / product sales role in financial industry (processor, payment or-ganization, software supplier)
Experience executing and managing business development strategies
C-level exposure and ability to act as an efficient hybrid person between business and IT
Track record in achieving business development targets and building customer relationships through cus-tomer sales
Has demonstrated in-depth market knowledge around industry trends in Europe and is able to translate those into concrete customer solutions
Extensive experience in leading and managing a team
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal, written, presentation and influencing skills
Ability to oversee multiple projects in a multi-country and multi-cultural environment
Experience in the areas of strategy, planning and project management
Strong analytical / problem solving and planning skills
Experience in operating in a global or matrixed environment
