The role holder will l ead the L&D team in Poland and will play an essential part in contributing to building the benchstrength of managers and soft skills development as aligned to ongoing business needs.

The role holder will be responsible for consulting with the business and designing business-led learning solutions. They will also be responsible for facilitating classroom or virtual instructor-

led sessions using training modules and ensuring that all learning objectives are achieved. Furthermore, the jobholder will be responsible for tracking learning transfer and ensuring learning ROI.

Meets other design and delivery team members , and facilitates with Business Content SMEs as required.

This role will report directly into the Learning & Development Manager and have a dotted line into the Head of HR Poland.

Major Responsibilities :

  • Liaise with the business to understand the immediate and long term learning needs
  • Coordinate with stakeholder groups within and outside the learning organization to design learning solutions and maximize the learning transfer
  • Facilitate a variety of programs and workshops ranging from one hour to multi-day conducted in a classroom or online learning environment within the areas of , leadership and soft skills development training
  • Work with subject matter experts, instructional design teams, training agencies / consultants and training specialists to deliver programs that support business capability for the organization
  • Ensure materials are up to date and relevant to ensure a seamless experience within the team and for the learners (e.g.
  • course outline, presentation materials, handouts, communications, participant guide, leader guide, etc.) and highlight any required changes to the Instructional Designer(s)Responsible for line managing the Poland L&D team.

    Additional Responsibilities :

  • To review all course evaluations and implement necessary improvements
  • To act as a mentor for new Facilitators / Instructors, providing observation feedback
  • To keep abreast of best practice in the learning field and share insights with learning colleagues as appropriate
  • The Learning organization has embarked on transformational change that will both impact those responsible for learning activities, as well as employees across the organization.

    As such, roles and responsibilities will need to be fluid to meet the demand as the org model is being redesigned.

    Level of Education / Specific Qualifications :

  • M.A. degree level qualification in HR or equivalent
  • Over 5 years of relevant Training / Learning & Development qualification
  • Fluent English speaker
  • PC skills (e.g. Microsoft office suite)
  • Certified Trainer / Facilitator
  • Understand and apply various adult learning models
  • Skills :

  • Ability to analyse data and draw meaningful conclusions from it
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and change
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders (locally, regionally and globally)
  • Ability to work independently

  • Experience

  • Solid experience in Learning and Development and a strong track record in facilitation / training delivery up to Middle Management Levels (e.g. Vice President).
  • Experience of managing others
  • Proven experience of creating innovative learning solutions to meet business demands
  • Experience of operating within a matrix environment
  • Designs and develops learning

  • Conducts needs assessments
  • Determines appropriate delivery methods and approaches
  • Stays current on emerging learning trends in the market Addresses client needs
  • Facilitates learning

  • Delivers and moderates high-quality learning experiences
  • Facilitates programs to optimize learning impact
