JOB DESCRIPTION :
The role is within Investor Registration Team that is part of State Street Alternative Investment Solutions (AIS) - Investor Services department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operational tasks related to investor profiles. Official title on the contract : Senior Investor Services Administrator.
Set up new investor profiles in Investor Services System;
Perform quality review on new and existing investor profiles;
Share knowledge with less experienced colleagues and provide feedback;
Meet expected quality and quantity metrics;
Attend global calls with key stakeholders and SMEs;
Provide excellent Client service;
Participate in testing and implementation of process & system improvements;
Support Team Supervisor on demand.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :
2+ years of relevant fund industry experience or back office operations in a financial institution;
University degree in Finance / Business related area or work history in finance or investments;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Flexible and eager to develop itself and others;
Strong attention to details;
Ability to work with deadlines;
Ability to work on your own initiative, develop solutions and provide an input which enable to make the effective decisions;
Advanced computer skills, especially Excel.
