We are currently reorganizing our Human Resources Organization in Poland and to build up our new HR Services Organization we are currently recruiting an HR Operations Manager (this role is located in Krakow but involves travelling to other business locations within Poland).
To support with the centralization of HR Services in Poland, aligned with the ongoing HR Transformation in the EMEA region, we are looking to find an HR professional with a strong focus on both operational delivery and effective team management, ensuring outstanding levels of service to our internal customers and supporting the ongoing development of our services (continuous improvement).
Our successful candidate will have experience in leading HR operational teams in a shared services environment, possess a solid knowledge of HR processes and systems (preferably SAP) and as well strong project management experience.
You will have a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, multinational environment with a variety of services in Krakow, such as IT, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Global Sourcing, partnering with stakeholders in the US and EMEA.
You will work in the organization focused more on quality and stable growth rather than volume recruitment and in the environment where changes and improvements are welcome.
Position is placed in a diverse team covering all HR functions. In the future you will have an opportunity to grow further in HR field of your choice, locally or in global structures.
You will be responsible for : Managing Services
Stakeholder Management and Engagement
Master’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
Minimum 4-6 years of experience managing a team in a shared services environment.
Experience in working in a matrix organization in a global company with a remote employee base.
Sound knowledge of all HR processes and experience in HR systems (SAP, Success Factors, Learning and Knowledge Management Systems).
Exceptional customer’s focus and service orientation, with the ability to successfully cooperate with various levels of stakeholders within complex organizations.
Experience in Project Management.
Lean Six Sigma experience is a value add.
Fluent in Polish and English (minimum C1 level) and any other European language is an advantage.
