Your Responsibilities :

  • Utilising a broad range of contemporary direct sourcing channels to attract talent
  • Participating in interviews and / or coaching hiring managers on interview practices when required
  • Manage the full cycle hiring process
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to accomplish team quarterly hiring goals
  • Raising the brand awereness and drive organic traffic for potential candidates
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity
  • Your Profile :

  • University degree (any discipline) with strong academic results
  • 1-3 years of full cycle recruitment experience
  • Track record of success and innovative thinking
  • Experience using data to drive recruitment pipelines
  • Profound communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Very good English skills, German will be a plus
  • Personality is more than anything else!
