PMO Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely execution of program control function, mainly tracking and reporting program status, supporting program status meetings and producing reporting packs.
The role reports directly to PMO Lead.
Key responsibilities include :
High quality support for project managers (PM) and ongoing program / project activities on a daily basis.
High quality communication with PM and other counterparts via emails and calls.
Call / meeting management (preparing of slide deck presentation; taking meeting minutes and distributing them in a timely manner).
Tracking and getting updates on action items from project meetings and ensure they are closed by the due date.
Capturing project data, producing regular program governance materials and reports.
Supporting of program administration.
Ensuring project management standards are followed and the program milestones are delivered.
Open to discussing flexible / agile working.
You have 1-3 years of working experience, including work as a PMO or in similar project management activities.
You are have a solid written and spoken English.
You are able to convey clearly through written and verbal communication.
You work independently and you are self-motivated as well as task oriented.
You have an ability to work as part of a global team.
You have solid presentation skills.
You are able to prioritize and organize your daily / weekly tasks / handle ad-hoc tasks that require immediate action.
You understand a project management processes.
You have strong organizational and planning skills.
You possess a solid capability with MS Office tools (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint in particular).
You are committed to ongoing learning and passionate about implementing new knowledge into practice.
