Oriflame is now looking for a Digital CRM Campaign Specialist to further strengthen our team.

Your responsibilities

  • Analyzing the results of previous campaigns and effectiveness of messaging for chosen digital channels
  • Creating segmented communication plan for the following channels : e-mail, website, mobile. Coordinating with communication plan for social media
  • Working with Global CRM and local teams to agree the communication approach for specific campaign and priority segments
  • Estimation of potential results of planned campaigns
  • Managing the implementation, tracking and measurement of digital CRM campaigns
  • Delivering campaigns on time and within the budget and modifying the approach if the results are below expectations
  • Ordering and uploading databases for manual campaigns or defining target audiences in an automated and integrated system
  • Briefing external agencies, including creative, translation, digital and media planning agencies to deliver campaign against a brief
  • Regular campaign results presentations to key stakeholders
  • Identifying industry best practice within digital, marketing automation and CRM campaigns and benchmarking own initiatives against competition
  • Recommending necessary improvements
  • Working with regional Sales Support team on analysis of salesforce structure and consultant purchasing behavior
  • What we are looking for

  • Fluent English is a must
  • Bachelor or Master degree education
  • Min. 3 years working experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (capable of manipulating data sets)
  • Good knowledge of e-mail marketing
  • Experience of delivering campaigns through Marketing Automation systems would be an advantage
  • Good understanding of quantitative data analysis
  • Strong knowledge of how to use top-tier e-mail service providers
  • Experience with KPI setting and reporting tools
  • Experience with setting up e-mail tests
  • Experience in omnichannel / multichannel communication
  • Experience in copywriting will be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of HTML and SQL would be an advantage
  • Experience in retail and / or MLM will be an advantage
  • Proactive, open, hands on professional with a lot of drive
  • Creative and problem-solver
  • Excellent team working skills
