Currently we are looking for Payroll Administrator to join our Global Shared Services in Łódź (Poland)
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing payroll data for submission to numerous outsourced payroll providers (Poland, Turkey, South Africa, and Dubai, Denmark);
approving payroll processes for Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Italy, Russia, Lithuania, Spain, Ukraine, Sweden, Poland as well as provide an ad-
hoc support for other colleagues from EMEA Payroll team.
Main responsibilities :
On daily basis, you will be able to demonstrate progressive, proactive skills. You will have an opportunity to share as well as build your knowledge in the area of payroll processes in numerous countries.
Working closely with other members of the teams your main tasks will be to :
Prepare data for payroll within SAP / Provider software and work with local teams to submit accurate data according to agreed timelines
Ensure providers submit timely and accurate reporting to statutory bodies to allow for correct payments to be debited from Tate & Lyle accounts.
Co-ordinate any relevant 3rd party payments
Liaise with the accounts team to ensure accurate posting of all payroll related costs
Provide accurate ad hoc information with regard to payroll data for internal and external bodies
Answering queries from employees / HR / Accounts & 3rd parties
To provide assistance with ad hoc projects and support rest of team when required
Produce ad hoc statistics / reports as required
Requirements : University Degree
Experience of working with a 3rd party payroll provider
Experience of working within HR / payroll in a multinational.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan a variety of tasks with conflicting demands whilst meeting strict deadlines
Fluency in English required (verbal and in writing); German language would be and additional asset
Ability to liaise across the organisation and maintain effective working relationships
Experience of data entry
