Serve as point-person for CCRO communications initiatives including being the liaison with Corporate Communications and assisting the Chief of Staff to execute the Communications Strategy.
CCRO Communications tasks :
Support the Chief of Staff in developing and executing the CCRO Communications Strategy for internal and external communications / media presence.
Support on written (announcements, intranet features) , verbal (global Town Halls, conferences), social media and multimedia (intranet, videos) forums of communications.
Work on Chief of Staff deliverables, with a focus on PowerPoint presentations, to support the strategy team as needed.
Support Global Town Halls with logistics, invitation, agenda and content development.
Review CCRO Announcements for consistency and English grammar.
Maintain a Communications Forward Calendar and preparation of materials for Head of CCRO.
Plan Intranet Features, which are placed on the Intranet Homepage.
Provide communications advisory support and monitor CCRO brand across N-2 areas (e.g., consistent branding, messaging, etc.).
Develop and analyze CCRO communication KPIs from available metrics to measure effectiveness of communications strategy and recommend enhancements.
Manage certain Group Mailboxes for CCRO, including monitoring, redirecting and responding to e-mails.
When required, handle video production and liaise with Global multi-media team, content owners and sponsors and ensure cost-effectiveness.
CCRO Publishing Coordinator tasks :
Dedicatedly run overall CCRO intranet presence to ensure consistency of branding and messaging across CCRO-owned web sites.
Act in the capacity of a contact point for CCRO functions in all Intranet related topics.
Coordinate processes of creating new / updating existing pages within CCRO Intranet branch.
Process incoming publishing requests from CCRO functions and forwarding them to the Publishing Team.
Process requests regarding Intranet site migration from Intranet branch to branch.
Manage updates on the CCRO landing page regarding upcoming news and videos.
Restrict access rights to OneCMS (Intranet Content Management System) as appropriate.
Manage internal CUG (Closed User Group).

You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in a fast pace corporate environment.
You posses a higher education (preferably in marketing / communications, related to web design / graphic design, or consulting experience).
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
You have knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign) is a benefit.
You have Deep understanding of branding / visual identification.
You are fluent in spoken and written English; Any other language is an advantage.
You are a self-starter, open for new challenges.
You have social skills, focus on quality, client-oriented attitude and well-developed organizational skills.
