We Offer

Reporting to the Director and Head of People Analytics, the successful candidate will act in a counseling role to senior clients both within HR and other areas of Credit Suisse.

Working primarily with SUB & IWM HR teams and COO business teams to help understand human capital issues, and measuring success of initiatives through reporting.

Cover all aspects of report design and updating for key topic areas in Human Capital.

Act as Regional SME for Workforce Reporting in Switzerland and work with the Global People Analytics team to shape the analytical agenda.

Own select human capital topic areas and customer relations (e.g. Talent Acquisition Group, Diversity, etc.

Open to discussing flexible / agile working.

You Offer

  • Knowledge of Credit Suisse organization, its divisions and main businesses.
  • Knowledge of relevant technological tools / applications / methods or ability to learn them quickly (PeopleSoft, business intelligence tools, MS Excel, SQL preferred, SPSS statistics -
  • or similar tool desirable).

  • Strong reporting and analytical skills. Ability to consider complex problems and identify potential solutions through reasoned analysis.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present at the executive level.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key internal clients.
  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced MS Excel data analysis skills required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience required.
  • Previous experience working in the financial sector preferred, but not required.
