Manages a medium-sized team of experienced Global Business Change staff to successfully implement client and client-related projects.

Has experience working with complex, high quantity, contradictory information.
Coaches and develops direct reports and manages performance, talent and career development processes.
Has a sound understanding of the commercial environment and competitors products and is aware of current regulatory and legal obligations of locations managed.
Leads and controls medium sized teams change portfolio with a variety of projects following all governance standards.
Manages own projects or initiatives successfully within project guidelines.
May collaborate with other specialist functions to achieve project / program objectives and produce deliverables.
Complies with standard project process / implementation methods.
Delivers quality business solutions within agreed timescales and budgets, including post-implementation support.
Manages project / program resource plans and roadmaps and prioritizes teams workload and resources.
Has strong analytical and communication skills, works independently, innovatively problem solves and is able to effectively attain buy-
in from team members and peers to drive solutions forward.
Serves as an escalation point for issues raised by the team.
Builds relationships with internal teams, suppliers and clients.
Manages communication flow between all relevant parties involved in the project or program to report / receive reports on progress, risks and issues.
Communicates and manages client expectations.
Coaches, develops and supports staff through development planning, performance planning, objective setting and performance review.
Manages a small to medium-sized team of Global Business Change staff.
Manages teams successful completion of small to medium-sized sized, complex projects and programs and ensures adherence to project timelines and budgets.
University degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Minimum 5 years of job experience
Experience in project management and relevant qualifications
At least 3 years within managerial position
Knowledge of the various functions within financial services / asset servicing industry is preferred.
Strong communication skills and very good command of English is a must
