dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland. For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of : Manager of Investment Reporting & Performance (IRP) department Investment Reporting and Performance (IRP) Department is a department of BNP Paribas Securities Services providing performances and reporting services to Asset Managers and Institutional Clients .
Services provided by IRP include state of the art performance, attribution, and risk calculations delivered on line or through wide range of reports (Factsheets, Client Investment reviews) or data feeds . Responsibilities :
Ensuring processes’ efficiency and time management of the IRP teams
Leading the continued growth of the IRP teams via recruitment, capacity and budgeting support
Ensuring adherence to legacy location requests and instructions
Leading the improvements of IRP tasks
Driving the development of the IRP tasks to ensure that the teams are seen as a valuable members of global IRP department
Liaising with senior legacy location management on an on-going basis and act as their key point of contact
Managing the resources of the department effectively so that all number of changes are dealt without any service delivery degradation
Monitoring KPI’s and KRI’s
Proactively supporting Head of department in Poland in any BAU topics, crisis management, meetings and projects
Organizing monthly staff meetings, regular feedback sessions to staff, appraisals, improvement brainstorming and reviews, succession planning and career development
Ensuring all staff are trained, developed and coached so that there is rich, timely and professional communication and collaboration between teams
Managing, motivating and developing Team Leaders
Encouraging high work ethics, corporate values and BNP Paribas Securities Services culture among staff
Proven extended experience gained within the financial services
At least 2 years of proven experience in managing of multiple teams across different processes
University degree in Finance, Economics or similar is necessary
Fluency in English as working language (knowledge of French language will be an additional value)
Extensive experience within IRP business line would be an asset
Accuracy & excellent analytical skills
