General Description

Currently we are looking for HR Business Partner located in growing company in Tczew, you will proactively and closely cooperate with HR Manager and with management for a determined perimeter in terms of recruitment, compensation and benefits, mobility (national and international), career development, communication, satisfaction.

A week in the life of HR Business Partner

ØForecasting, budgeting, & headcount follow-up

ØChallenge and support line management from his / her area of responsibility in line with the HR strategy and vision

ØInfluence and drive business strategy in HR area in line with the vision of the business

ØAct as an HR Business Partner support to designated business areas for managers / employees by providing professional advice and expertise and cost-effective solutions

ØSupport managers and leaders in all strategic HR aspects , especially in the area of organization design, rightsizing, resource planning, performance & talent management, reward & recognition practices

ØSupport managers and leaders in all labor law aspects

ØSupport the process in defining talent pipeline and succession planning needs ensuring the business continues to identify, develop internal talent

ØSupport design and implementation of the Employee Engagement strategy by working closely with the management

ØDevelop communication channels among managers, leaders and employees

ØManage HR projects in alignment with current business requirements

ØImplementation of global HR processes, tools and policies and support in their application

ØSearching and implementing Best Practices in the human resources field

Knowledge, Skills and Experience :

ØUniversity degree Higher

ØMin. 5 years of work in HR in international company ( including min. 1 year as BP)

ØUnderstanding of the business context and the ability to move in an international environment

ØExperience in driving change

ØKnowledge and practical experience of delivering strategies around areas such as succession planning, talent management, engagement, retention and productivity

ØKnowledge of Polish labor law and uses it in a practice

ØExperience in building quick rapport with anyone

ØGood organization and coordination skill

ØStrong analytical and problem solving ability

ØResult driven, open mind

ØAutonomous & pro-active

ØProblem solving, initiative and a desire for challenges

ØKnowledge of Polish Labor Law

ØVery good Polish & English

ØNegotiation skills
