Within the Construction Equipment Sales and Marketing team, the Field Marketing Manager supports the Business Director in the definition and implementation of strategies and tactics that strengthen the knowledge of the product in the CEE Markets.
He / she is develops and implements the local marketing plan.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop and execute the annual marketing plan in terms of : advertising, campaigns, direct mail campaigns, Customer Data Base development, Media relationship, Customer Segmentation
Implementation and adaptation of Commercial Marketing strategy to local requirements
Management of new products, their launch, pricing, terms and conditions and marketing documentation
Ensuring the timely introduction of product specifications in line with market requirements
Introduction of new price lists, terms and conditions
Develop local communication campaigns in collaboration with the Communication Department
Ensuring regular and timely release of dealer communications on various subjects of commercial business
Responsibility for national events and shows including participation, planning and execution
Monitor marketing results in terms of market share, volumes / revenues, competitiveness
Managing the assigned local Marketing budget
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :
Excel and Powerpoint
Previous experience in operational marketing, communication, events
Knowledge of construction sector / machinery would be a plus OTHER INFORMATION : Available to travel across the Region.
