In the role :

  • You will lead a group of Specialists supporting various businesses & regions
  • You will proactively monitor and run controls pertaining to account maintenance process - work closely with Operations, IT and Front Office and external parties to ensure timely resolution
  • You will drive process and resource improvement
  • You will monitor deadlines and resolve critical issues, suggest and implement solutions
  • You will be responsible for people management, including motivating & developing staff
  • You will ensure that performance objectives are aligned to Divisional & Firm Strategy
  • You will handle Client and Stakeholder relationships
  • You will prepare and perform Monthly Business Review with Regional and Global Managers
  • You will closely collaborate with Network Managers and represent function on regional and global meetings
  • Open to discussing flexible / agile working.

    You Offer

  • You have 6-10 years’ work experience in a financial organization including prior experience within Banking Operations
  • You have managerial experience and possess developed people leadership skills
  • You have a deep understanding of banking operations processes and know the principles of safekeeping securities and cash transactions
  • You have excellent communication skills(English), knowledge of German is a solid asset
  • Experience in managing and improving a business process is required
  • Organization and Stakeholder Management skills are required
  • You are a dedicated self-starter, with a "can do" attitude
