About The Opportunity

You’ll establish, train and lead our European Recruiting Team in Poland. This team will proactively engage with talent for roles across a range functions, located in countries across Europe.

Your Key Responsibilities

Reporting to our Director of Strategy Enablement for Talent Acquisition, you will work to set up your team and give them the tools and platforms to recruit the best talent to meet business recruiting needs.

Here’s what you’ll be doing :

  • Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders
  • Driving continuous improvement in the applicant / candidate experience, reporting, data and analytics, productivity, planning and forecasting of hiring
  • Building capacity and opportunity by bringing innovative ideas and recruiting techniques to the Talent Acquisition function
  • Understanding and leveraging Talent Acquisition technology advancements to augment recruitment processes, efficiency and ways of working

  • Here’s what we’re looking for :

  • 3-5 years experience in talent sourcing and delivering end to end recruitment across multiple geographies in a large, matrix environment including managing, developing, and motivating a team of recruiters.
  • A strategic perspective, with the ability to also maintain a hands-on approach to what you do.
  • A global mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and engage senior stakeholders from many countries and cultures.
  • Strong communications skills including presentation of management reports and ability to articulate data / metrics in a meaningful way.
  • The ability to interact effectively using remote and virtual technology (e.g. google hangouts).
  • A broad understanding of recruitment laws and practices, and the ability to quickly adapt to our policies, processes and culture.
  • Excellent client service and collaboration skills
  • Strong English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Able to manage and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to work within a fast-paced business
  • You’ll need to be naturally curious, ready to drive this change and set up your team for success. You will have a genuine passion for finding the right people for the right roles.
