As Business Process Expert for the 'Procurement in I2M' domain, you develop capabilities, processes and tools for world-
class procurement contribution to I2M (Strategy, In Outsourcing, Innovation...) that optimally leverage capabilities from the supplier market.
You are responsible for
Developing Philips Business Process framework (for all Business Models) : Procurement : Strategy, In / Outsourcing, Scouting, Early Supplier Involvement, DfX etcI2M (Idea to Market) : Procurement role in Strategy, Portfolio management, I2M Projects (Advanced Development, PDLM etc)Supplier Innovation : define and implement new practices to improve access to supplier innovation, accelerate time to market
Defining and managing projects to develop new capabilities
Defining supporting IT solutions within End to End / PIL framework
Supporting End2End transformation teams with adoption of best practices, understanding of business requirements and opportunities for improvement and elimination of unrewarded complexity
Your work will focus on :
process : design, formalize, deploy, maintain, including process modelling, change control management, etc
innovation : propose new ways of working to drive innovation with suppliers
project management : drive improvement initiatives
You are a part of
This role is part of the Procurement I2M organization and belongs to the Process & Systems area. Working closely with I2M and Procurement community, you develop excellent capabilities, processes and tools that will help Philips be successful thanks to superior strategies and effective access to external innovation capabilities.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor or Master’s degree in related discipline
10+ years of experience in or working closely with - procurement. Ideally procurement engineering background
Advanced knowledge of business processes and systems in engineering
Affinity with I2M R&D experience or involvement in I2M projects as procurement engineer
Experience or interest on Supplier Enabled Innovation, and Strategy (Portfolio management etc)
IT skills (Excel, sharepoint, understanding of data models in databases)
Process design (VSM, LEAN)
Innovative and creative thinking but also pragmatic approach on the feasibility of proposed ideas
Proactive, able to work independently and fast learner
Ability to develop and work with a large network of cross functional stakeholders.
