Job Description Assoc HR Business Partner

As Assoc.

HR Business Partner, you will be reporting to the Sr HR Business Partner of Poland, Czech & Hungary, and will act as first point of contact for all HR related matters across those countries.

Your Primary responsibilities will be to

  • Drafting legal documents such as hiring letters, employment and changes of contracts.
  • Tracking of probation, temporary staff dates, and managing sickness, maternity leave, holidays, other leaves.
  • Tracking attendances ensuring data is submitted timely and accurately.
  • Supporting staffing process for internal and external vacancies as much as for internship opportunities.
  • On boarding process for each new employee and for each significant internal job rotation
  • Internal communication.
  • Interpreting local employment legislation on HR hard matters.
  • Collecting and administratively processing all input (salary changes, starters, leavers, payments & deductions, etc.) regarding the salary payments to ensure a correct and timely payment of wages cooperating with the Payroll Coordinator.
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
  • Experience, Education & Skills Minimum requirements

  • Finished university degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience working as HR specialist or coordinator or other relevant human resources / administrative position.
  • Decent knowledge of Polish Labor law.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Native in Polish, fluent in written & spoken English.
