To our CBS Human Resources Team we are looking for :
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS MANAGER
Place of work : Warsaw (often travels to Stockholm, Sweden)
Main responsibilities :
C&B Strategy & Policies, in particular :
Implement and monitor compensation structure & benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, internal equity and Cluster convergence,
Provide recommendations on global reward frame (including Benefits) by assessing and analyzing need of policy alignment, local regulation change and inputs from business units,
Provide expertise advice and assistance to Talent Teams (by providing guidelines for the total reward package for the moves),
Provide & analyze HR reporting in line with global requirements.
Total Cash management (incl. Annual Salary Review- ASR) :
Oversee ASR process in terms of annual performance assessment, competitive analysis, merit increase, market catch up, total cash structure,
Build annual merit matrix with HR Directors of business units & Danone C&B Central Team,
Prepare and launch annual salary review campaign in business units, provide support to team leaders and HRBP during annual campaign ASR,
Build and share country mobility policies.
Manage local benefits policies & package :
Implement or adjust country benefits programs (Pensions, Health plan, Insurance, wellness initiatives etc.),
Manage providers (brokers, third-parties etc.) at business unit’s level,
Animate & lead process for job grading change in business units, inc. management of job descriptions,
Ensure all local C&B communication :
Adapt Danone training content to Cluster and roll out C&B training for HR community & team leaders for business units under scope,
Implements cluster communication content and plan to explain and valorize local C&B policy,
Build a strong relationship with CBU HR teams to understand their needs and challenge / influence decision making,
Implements accepted proposals of innovations, responds to business needs in that area.
Profile of the ideal candidate :
3 to 5 years of experience in C&B or HR other functions in international organization,
Knowledge of current global laws, regulations and procedures governing compensation and benefits,
Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare data driven reccomendations,
Experienced and results driven HR professional,
Willingness to play a hands-on role with key projects,
Good communication and presentation skills,
Experience working with external compensation consultants and other third party solution providers,
Capacity to manage the agenda in a matrixed organization,
Ability to manage confidentiality,
Proficient in both written and spoken English, one of Scandinavian language will be an asset,
Ability to understand & interact effectively with all HR functions,
Openness for often business travels to Scandinavia (mostly to Sweden).
