Supports internal customers by communicating, informing and consulting regarding policies and standards on Learning and Development processes
Pilots execution and reviews of trainings; gathering feedbacks after trainings
Consolidates executive nominations for training enrolments, creating reports
Assures integrity and updating of training catalogues
Plans, manages and facilitates pre-bookings like booking rooms or sending invitations for trainings
Coordinates and facilitates trainings, helping with all queries like enroll for trainings
Applying the changes in the processes in daily work
Previous experience in Learning & Development would be a strong plus
Proficient in business English
Exposure to SAP tools is a strong plus
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities and good organization and coordination skills
Proactive way of working with a strong can do attitude
