We are currently looking for :

The Staff Accountant, Revenue role will be part of the Centre of Excellence (CoE) Finance Team based in our Krakow Office and will report directly into the Manager, Revenue Accounting.

Each Staff Accountant, Revenue will be responsible for ensuring that global revenue is properly recorded and balance sheet reconciliations are performed and reviewed.


  • Responsible assigned area of an end to end process
  • Understand SLA requirements; ensure SLA’s are met. If issues arise, escalate timely so issues can be addressed
  • Understand how their assigned areas are part of the overall process
  • Escalate issues through designated process
  • Assist with operational dashboard. Ensure data for all assigned metrics are available
  • Ensure revenue and expenses are accurately recorded
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Ensure any reconciling items are addressed timely
  • Ensure monthly close deadlines are met
  • Assist new team members in learning their role
  • Work Experience

  • Typically requires a minimum of 1-3 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 1 year and a Master’s degree;
  • or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience. Typical range is 2-5 years.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Fluency in English required, additional European languages are preferred
  • Experience of working in a shared services finance role beneficial
  • Six Sigma certification preferred
  • Strong communication skills are essential
  • Ability to operate on own initiative
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word Processing required
  • The candidate will need to be self-motivated
  • Strong leadership and management skills required. Previous experience building a team is preferred
  • Attention to detail is highly important and a structured methodical approach is necessary
  • Successful candidates must have the maturity and ability to work on own initiative in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality of work and effective working relationships with both internal and external customers.
