Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to

take the responsibility for building our Oral Healthcare business in Poland within the professional dental channel and further streghten our Sonicare brand on the market.

You are responsible for

  • Creating and executing long term sales strategies and marketing initiatives within the dedicated professional dental channel
  • Managing field saleforce team
  • Developing and executing tailor-made sales programs & initiatives
  • Data trends and analyses
  • You are part of

    Our Personal Heath team, reporting directly to Sales Leader. You will manage directly a team of 7 Professional Dental Consultants.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Min 2 years of experience on the similar position
  • University degree
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining strong business relations
  • Experience in managing a professional sales channel
  • Experience in team management would be an asset
  • Strong initiative, problem solving skills and proactive attitude
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Valid B category driving license
  • Very good command of English
