In the Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) EMEA Business Operations team we support our business by enabling technology managers across the organization to effectively lead their resources and deliver their commitments in support of our strategy, goals and performance metrics.
We are currently seeking a talented individual to drive and enhance our Reporting and Performance Management processes and initiatives while supporting other Business Management functions across the region.
The Business Management Analyst is a key part of the CTI Business Operations Team, where you will be responsible for a process driven Business Management function providing analysis and support in a number of key areas.
This is all done from one of our strategic regional service centers in partnership with finance, functional owners and senior management.
This role will have a direct reporting line into the Regional Business Management Lead and direct links to the centralized global team to champion collaboration and consistency.
This position gives a great deal of latitude to self-determine organizational and career direction. Being a worldwide organization, it is expected that you will demonstrate high motivation with a proven ability to work effectively with virtual and remote teams.
FUNCTIONAL ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Business Management Lead on all aspects of regional reporting, performance metrics and analysis.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Monthly Operations Reporting, Performance Dashboarding, Regional Cluster engagement and process optimization.
We will work together with other functions to ensure proper execution of processes. This includes direct engagement in initiatives and driving the agenda for potential collaboration opportunities.
You will partner with regional leads to provide assistance in driving best practices through an innovative and proactive approach to optimizing processes.
You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining streamlined management reporting framework across CTI EMEA, including balanced scorecard and dashboards as well as enhancing Service and Quality to the teams that we support.
In addition to the reporting responsibilities, it will be key for you to ensure information relating to the Business Operations team and the wider organization is kept current, applicable and available through efficient use of Intranet and SharePoint sites.
With further management of our SharePoint estate, ensuring it adheres to global standards and is governed consistently as to what reporting is stored and available.
