Oriflame is now looking for Sales Support & Communication Supervisor Africa to further strengthen our team. Person in this position will be responsible for driving sales support communication, coordinating sales support actions, implementing regional SAP and projects for African markets.

She / he will actively collaborate with other departments : Regional and Local Sales, Marketing and Operations departments in Africa as well as Global team.

Your responsibilities

  • Developing sales programs and training communication for Africa region.
  • Project management : implementation, control and analysis of Sales Support initiatives related to Success Plan, SARPIO, Conferences, Skincare and Communication.
  • Development and selection of campaign drivers for sales programs ensuring attractive plans with maximum cost efficiency.
  • Control of sales support products ordering process in cooperation with Supply Chain & Forecasting departments.
  • Cooperation with Creative and Online teams in terms of communication execution.
  • Analyzing sales programs’ results and forecasts as well as sales related KPIs.
  • Supporting markets in the area of Success Plan, SARPIO, Conferences and Communication.
  • Maintaining active contact with other teams of the company : Global Support Office, other regions, markets.
  • What we are looking for

  • Education : university degree preferably in Economics or Management.
  • Experience in sales.
  • Fluent English in speech and writing.
  • Effective written and oral communicaion skills.
  • Can-do, proactive and problem solving attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Proven analytical skills .
  • User experience of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
