Support of Kick-off and execution of Compensation core processes like JCS Band Review, Benchmarking / Market Data analysis, End-
of-Year Review, e.g. presentations, reports, tracking & chasing and provide system support (e.g. MyCompensation, Oracle Business Intelligence).
Preparation, supporting, develop analysis of Division / Global Compensation data to support the business to answer pertinent HR questions and advance Compensation projects (e.
g. Internal compensation positioning vs Market; Pay of Performance analysis, customized reports / analysis, combining other HR data, such as Turnover, to draw broader conclusions / develop recommendations).
Prepare presentations, reports and documents for various meetings (e.g. meetings of Comp with HRBP and line managers, monthly HR-Leadership Meetings).
Conduct quality assurance of various Compensation deliverables (e.g. reports, analysis).
Open to discussing flexible / agile working.
You have 2-3 years of experience in developing reports for data analysis and management reporting (preferably).
You are proficient in MS Office especially Excel; Access and VBA for MS Applications would be an asset.
You possess SQL / PL SQL knowledge (preferably Oracle) and ability to build and tune complex SQL queries as an asset.
Experience in using Business Intelligence / Data Visualization tools (Business Objects, Tableau, OTBI etc.) would be an asset.
You have strong service delivery focus and quality assurance.

You possess excellent organizational, analytical and conceptual skills with high detail and result orientation.
