As Junior Business Communication Specialist your main responsibilities will involve :

  • Management of the internal communication channels, including creating and publishing content, reporting user activity, user onboarding and channel performance.
  • Coordination of graphic design requests, presentations, translations.
  • Management of Sector’s internal processes related to deputation, process documentation, team meetings, team statistics and other ad hoc administrative requests.
  • Interaction and cooperation within the international team and interfaces as well as other Business Managers across the bank.
  • Supporting community-related projects and other communication initiatives.
  • Delivery of new concepts and enhancement of current communication activities.
  • Establishing process documentation.
  • Performing market research and competitors analysis.
  • Participating in team activities related to research, project management, analytics, product management, social media, etc.
  • Open to discussing flexible / agile working.

    You Offer

    As Junior Business Communication Specialist your skills and qualifications will ideally include :

  • 1-2 years of work experience (interest in the social media, communities, blogs, and / or communication field would be an advantage).
  • A degree-level education (preferably Communication, Marketing or Business Administration from a leading institution).
  • Fluent spoken and written English is a must, any other language is a plus (German, French, Italian).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with outstanding client focus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to details.
  • Flexibility and drive to work in a highly dynamic and fast moving environment.
  • Innovative, creative and passionate way of working.
  • Highly motivated team player.
  • Knowledge of Excel is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Jive, Content Management Systems (CMS) and HTML is a plus.
