Tasks :

As Senior Facilities & Administration Specialist your key tasks and responsibilities will be to :

  • Take ownership and deliver own projects on a new 10.000 sqm, state of the art, office space
  • Ensure that all facilities and office service functions operate effectively and efficiently simultaneously across five ABB office buildings in Kraków
  • Support admin and facilities related activities
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding procurement, purchase and delivery of goods and services
  • Participate in the development and streamlining of procedures and internal initiatives
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Administration / Facilities
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Fluent knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, problem-solving attitude
  • Vendors management skills
  • Process oriented, work in teams and within deadlines
