A university degree in Economics / Law / Administration / Procurement / Customer relation or equivalent
A candidate with min.
1-2 years of solid working knowledge and experience in documentation management processes especially with contracts
An individual with experience in using Microsoft Office tools especially with solid background of Excel and PowerPoint
An action-oriented, pro-active and problem solver person with highly motivated attitude
A fluent English speaker (both written and verbal) with well-developed communication skills
A person with excellent planning and organizational skills
A person able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Administrate the full Contract Management process within the Contract Management Team
Ensure that the contracts approval and storage are performed according to the general guidelines
Maintain and update Contract Management Application database
Closely collaborate with wide group of stakeholders at different levels
Support affiliates and regional teams in the resolution of encountered system and process issues
Provide users’ community with proper access rights, relevant trainings and up-to-date procedures
Store and archive contracts
Provide highly quality of ad-hoc reporting activity
Have possibility to actively participating in global project to facilitate efficient implementation of new / enhanced processesWE OFFER
