In this role you will be responsible for
Supporting the recruitment team in preparing job adverts, sourcing and screening the candidates, for various recruitment process across Central & Eastern Europe as well as interviews scheduling for managers
Supporting management of our talent pool
Supporting implementation of various HR initiatives, programs, policies and services
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Student of at least 4th year of studies
Availability to work minimum 30h / week
HR experience or strong willingness to develop in that area
Educational background related to human resources management, psychology, sociology (preferred)
F luen cy in English (written and spoken); very good commang of French or German will be an asset
Self-drive, open-mindset and proactive attitude
Ability to prioritize work under pressure and tight deadlines within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
