As an IT Infrastructure Operations Specialist you will be responsible for :

  • On-site and remote support of 4500+ users across all Credit Suisse offices in Poland and 700+ in Warsaw
  • Delivery and maintenance of proper operation of IT infrastructure, in terms of hardware, network and voice connectivity
  • Providing in-depth knowledge to team members distributed across all Credit Suisse offices in Poland
  • Open to discussing flexible / agile working.

    Education :

  • You have Master degree or equivalent work experience
  • You have fluent written and spoken English
  • Essential technical skills and experience :

  • You have experience in supporting end user environment, as well as core IT infrastructure : e.g. : network topology, IT hardware, assembling and inventory process of IT hardware
  • You are experienced in diagnosis and resolution of hardware / network / voice technology related issues
  • You are familiar with Windows OS’es / servers administration
  • You have previous experience in collaboration with service providers or third-level support groups when required
  • You can support Change Requests and Major IT infrastructure Incidents as well as all ITIL processes, e.g. Incident and Problem processes
  • Soft skills requirements :

  • You have ability to work in a heavily changing, multitasking environment
  • You have high level of customer focus and empathy
  • You have dedicated approach, initiative and optimization ideas of existing IT environment
  • You have solid teamwork skills and you are eager to share information
  • You have attention to details, work independence, understanding of importance and impact of conducted IT infrastructure changes
  • You have patience, creativity, conflict management and decision-making skills
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You are able to work outside business hours, during evenings and weekends, if required
  • Desirable :

  • Mobile / landline / IP telephony administration knowledge
  • Windows Servers, PBX, Inventory systems administration skills
  • Networks knowledge basics
  • ITIL certificates
