In Research, Development, Quality & Innovations (RDQ&I), your skills can be the special ingredient that brings our brands to life.

As part of a fantastic team of scientists, engineers and nutritionists, you’ll work tirelessly on product design or development, process development, quality, nutrition, sensory and food safety aspects to ensure we deliver a consistent, delightful consumer experience.

RDQ&I is where you’ll turn great ideas into brilliant brands. Primary responsibilities :

  • Designing and maintaining Excel files related to management of data provided via tools of efficiency measurements of services delivered by Third Parties.
  • Maintaining, developing and controlling analytical tools and resulting reports
  • Maintaining and improving data accuracy and reliability at regional, category and global levels by systematic reviews of logics of data entries and follow-
  • ups on missing parameters

  • Identifying and escalating risks and issues; sharing identified continuous improvement opportunities (People, Process, Technology) with management in periodical meetings;
  • contributing to drive corrective actions as needed

  • Planning and executing work plans
  • Qualifications

  • University Degree (Chemical Technology, Food Science or Statistical Sciences preferred)
  • Min. 2 years of documented experience in Excel and data handling
  • Excel and data handling excellence is a must
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Team player, strong people interrelationship skills
  • Focus on achieving objectives and continuous improvement mind set
  • Fluent English both written and spoken
