The GCC Level 1 Change Analyst is a key part of the CTI Command Center Change Team. As a change analyst, you will be performing change implementation alongside a team of like-
minded individuals. This is all done from our state of the art regional Command Center in partnership with the teams for other services and in collaboration with our other Operations centers.
This role will have a report into the regional platform lead to foster collaboration and consistency. FUNCTIONAL ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :
In this role you will be responsible for implementing network changes across CITI’s global infrastructure with consistency, accuracy, and diligence as a member of a team.
As a team, we will work together to accomplish the team mission of being the best for our clients. Your part in this will be both execution and leveraging your communication skills to inform your leads and managers about any potential problems that may arise during a change activity.
You will have the opportunity to learn about emerging network technologies spanning switching, load balancing, DNS, pre-share keys, and more.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL PREFERENCES :
Bachelor's degree preferred, but is not required.
2+ years of work experience preferred.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
6+ months of enterprise network operations support experience is required.
6+ months of enterprise network operations in a global / multi-national operating environment is preferred.
