Brand, Marketing and Communication Analyst

The global Brand, Marketing and Communication team, located across various EY offices globally, implements the branding strategy of EY, supporting our company in growing as a market leader and one of the most favoured employers in the world.

The opportunity

In this particular role, you will support the Brand, Marketing and Communication team located in various EY entities in terms of strategies measurement implementation and analytics management.

You will work on lots of various data to produce meaningful KPI dashboards and suggest actionable insights. Your role would be placed among a portfolio of global stakeholders.

In this role you will be using not only your web analytics skills, but also you knowledge of digital marketing and understanding of marketing programs strategy.

Your key responsibilities

The position is for the Brand, Marketing & Communication (BMC), Analytics Team in the Poland centre of Global Delivery Services (GDS).

In this role you will work with a portfolio of stakeholders to assist in :

  • Hands-on experience in using different analytics tools and extracting data for different business users
  • Supporting the implementation of measurement strategies that align with BMC and business objectives.
  • Producing meaningful KPI dashboards and delivering monthly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insight.
  • The ideal candidate will not necessarily come from a pure digital marketing background but should have knowledge & interest in marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Skills and attributes for success

    Higher education in a relevant fields (preferably marketing) and fluent English

    At least 3+ years of revelant experience in digital analytics, reporting, marketing

  • You should have experience in creating reports analysing both online and offline marketing campaigns
  • You have an understanding of web analytics software to monitor performance of websites
  • You have interest to work as an analytics advisor with either a technical or functional profile
  • You already have either client-side or agency experience in a digital marketing role
  • Your technical skillset should cover as many of these tools as possible : Adobe analytics / Webtrends (Web analytics tools), E-
  • mail marketing reporting, Brightcove (video metrics), Interaction / CRM reporting, Sysomos (Social media listening), ON24 (Webcast reporting), Flurry(mobile app analytics), Sprinklr (social media listening)
