Departament Infrastruktury Teleinformatycznej (Bank’s Technology Infrastructure Unit) provides business and employees with best-
in-class IT solutions in the area of computer environment, telecommunication, network, audio and videoconferencing as well as mobile and remote access solutions.
It relies on both in-house and Citi provided IT services what guarantees access to newest and highest qualities technologies and IT standards.
The role will be responsible for ensuring access to incoming technologies, streamlining the most valuable initiatives as well as ensuring safety & soundness vendor management process for initiatives in scope.
What will be your responsibilities?
Introduces new standards in the office automation environment, in particular implementation of workspace infrastructure solutions for digitizing contacts with Bank’s customers as well as optimizing office communication & collaboration
Works with business partners as well as R&D department to understand potential demand for new technologies in the area of technology infrastructure
Continual review of Global Technology Infrastructure initiatives in the pipeline :
Works with global and regional partners on new technologies to import and fast-track those initiatives considered beneficial for the Bank
Review local market offering in the area of new technologies and compare it against in-house capabilities
Responsible for Risk Analysis of incoming services
Responsible for GDPR PII impact assessment (DPIA) and for building proper control processes prior to official launch in the Bank
Owner of incoming (Citi to Bank Handlowy) Technology Infrastructure initiatives :
Ensures any regional / global service implementations in the Bank take place within country clearance process
Ensure Bank’s Intra-Citi Service Agreements (ICSAs) are up-to-date, Rate Card is properly constructed, financial liabilities reflect actual or planned consumption
Collects and supplies required information for annual budgeting process
Works with Project Management Teams to understand and agree on infrastructure charges’ allocations
Onsite and remote visits to Citi service providers to ensure actual services are provided in-line with ICSAs scope, terms & conditions
What are our expectations for the role :
5+ years of experience in a position related to IT services
Knowledge in the field of new technologies
Knowledge of practices in the field of project management
Knowledge of issues related to the use of information technology in business, especially in regulated industries
Experience in the area related to information security, risk management
Project coordination skills (certificates will be considered as additional advantage)
Experience in team management
An additional advantage will be having at least ITIL or COBIT certificate
