The GAPS! ( Groupon Ambassador Programme for Students ) is a voluntary

opportunity to pick up your first experience in employer branding and project

management right in the heart of a global organization.

Your profile :

You are an energetic student at one of Warsaw’s universities, excited about branding, marketing, recruitment, communications, PR not necessarily studying for a degree in these fields.

You follow the latest branding campaigns and have a head full of ideas. It’s natural for you to use social media to communicate with your friends and network.

You love to plan and organise events and are fine presenting on stage when needed! You would like to gain your first professional experience and are keen to learn from the Global Talent Acquisition Team.

You are a fluent speaker of Polish, but also are ready to run meetings and presentations in English or German. You would like to design and deliver your own branding project.

It’s possible you’ve never done it before, but you certainly feel ready to get started!

Your impact :

As one of the Student Ambassadors on campus, you will have the influence on the kind of talent we bring into Groupon. In the events you will design and deliver, not only will you stir your university’s environment, but also you will have influence on the quality and fit of Groupon’s future hires.

As our Student Ambassador, you will act as the face of Groupon on campus, ensuring interested candidates have access to all information about us.

Participation in the GAPS! Programme gives you the opportunity to create and execute your first employer branding projects that will influence the recruitment of talent into a global organisation like Groupon.

You will learn all about how we build the employer brand of Groupon in Poland and globally as well as present your own ideas on how it could be enhanced.

You will be able to test your strengths in project management and communication in real life and affect real

business. During the programme, you will also have the opportunity to build your professional network among Groupon’s employees and business leaders.

GAPS Selection Process :

1. You submit your CV in English or Polish.

2. You receive instructions of the case study (you have a week to prepare your project).

3. Phone interview to talk about your interests and expectations.

4. Invitation to Groupon office for interview and project presentation.

5. The selected Ambassadors are offered participation in the programme!

Is this a job? Will I have a salary?

No, the GAPS! Programme isn’t a job at Groupon it is an unpaid voluntary student ambassador programme designed for students who would like to build their professional network and gain their first hands-

on experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing. However, students participating in the GAPS programme will receive Ambassador Starter packs and special credits

onto their Groupon accounts.

Do I need to have any experience?

No previous experience is necessary we are looking for enthusiastic students who love organizing events, running presentations and would love to learn how to build a successful branding strategy during the programme!

When does the programme start and end? How much time will I have to dedicate to it?

The programme starts in July 2018 and lasts until May 2019 and involves a training programme delivered during the summer in Groupon offices as well as a number of events delivered on campus and conferences it is up to you how much of your free time you use for the programme.

Will I be considered for jobs at Groupon?

Yes, you will be able to apply for a job at Groupon after you have completed the GAPS! Programme!
