Serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met.

You will respond to inbound customer calls and email regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, problems, order changes, repairs and RMA's.

You will assist other customer service associates with administrative duties. You will communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers, Product Managers, etc.

to resolve customer issues. You will support ordering processing including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies.

Customer service tasks :

  • All day-to-day operational processes from Order Entry to Cash following ECC designed model
  • Main responsibilities of the job

  • Efficient orders execution starting from order receiving to forwarding goods to customer
  • Independent and responsible correspondence handling
  • Collect and address all customer issues that arise
  • Monitor, track and escalate critical customer issues on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for communicating escalations to other Functions as appropriate.
  • Support in motivation ECC Customer Care to meet performance and agreed
  • goals.

  • Good language skills English
  • PC-knowledge (MS-Office)
  • Effective communication skills, team orientation
  • Client-focused, result-oriented, responsible and reliable personality
  • Positive thinking and taking own initiatives
  • Trade administration experience is an advantage
