You will perform underwriting support activities associated with new business, renewals, maintenance of the accounts and on models and systems.
You will utilize your strong communication and relationship building skills as you work closely with the underwriters, brokers and various functions and departments within the company.
What will your essential responsibilities include? Global Programmes (Genius only) :
Checking Master & Local policies for : Complete Genius Booking; invoice issuance; inwards premium settlements; reinsurance premium settlements; wording issuance).
Following up with local offices at agreed periods of time
Completing Client Premium Tracker
LPS Reviews on a Global Programme (Past years review; current year maintenance; incomplete entries to be followed up)
Non Global Programmes (Predominantly Genius) :
NPL & PM follow
Management & oversight of the India processing team
Liaison with MGAs
Liaising with leading teams intended for multinational business and coordination of group of insurance policies
Assist in preparing Weekly, Monthly and Ad Hoc reports.
Contribute to the enhancement of the batch renewal process
Data Quality circulation & responses
FIC controls follow ups
Ad hoc UA responsibilities
Assist underwriters with the resolution of Broker and Internal queries
